It's your dream vacation come true- a fly-in vacation to a remote Northwestern Ontario Canadian wilderness lake. Showalter's Fly-In Service gives you a choice of 11 outpost cabins, all excellent for fishing or wilderness adventures.

Fishing tips for trophy Walleye, Northern Pike and Lake Trout. Ensure your success, and learn about the best baits and methods for catching these fish.

Hunters : we offer bear hunting packages for serious rifle and bow hunters. We also have excellent moose hunting packages with high bull moose success rates each fall.

Canada Flyin Outpost Fishing

All of our trips from our float plane base 15 miles north of Ear Falls, Ontario at approximately 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Many of our guests choose to drive to Ear Falls the evening prior to their departure. If you choose to arrive early, our office will be pleased to make overnight reservations for you at the Trillium Motel at 807-222-3126.

Important note: due to aircraft weigh restrictions, each guest will be allowed a maximum of 80 pounds of luggage including beverages and grocieries. You will find that careful planning and shopping will make it very easy to be within the weight limit. Do not bring what you do not need, guests will be charged for overweight baggage.

We also suggest that you pick up your groceries in Ear Falls rather than transport them all the way from home. There's an excellent grocer in Ear Falls who carries a full line of items, including fresh produce and meats.

Crossing the Canadian border is easy and un-complicated. There is no special paper work such as a passport required. You will, however, need some form of picture identification such as a drivers license. You may import only 40 ounces of liquor and only two cartons of cigarettes per person.

You may not import handguns, fresh fruit or vegetables.
